Completion of this course will equip students with job-ready skills for a team-leading career as a program coordinator or case manager.
You will be involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities at risk of adversity. You may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers.
In this course, you will acquire the knowledge to recognise and respond appropriately to domestic and family violence, facilitate and review case management and manage legal and ethical compliance. Working in Community Services is diverse and includes identifying support needed and assisting in resolving personal issues by assigning resources that meet clients' needs.
