On completion of this course, you will have the skills to undertake workplace activities in a fast paced environment.  You will have the skills and knowledge to be a member of the Frontline Retail Team, who have a defined and limited range of operational skills to undertake workplace activities. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision of others.
